management), primarily in secondary markets with a mix of independent and assisted living

Qualifications
• Experience in retirement living is an asset.
• At least two years of sales experience (senior living, real estate, or healthcare preferred).
• Empathetic, customer-focused interpersonal skills; passion for serving seniors and their
families.
• Strong communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Goal-oriented; proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Technology proficient: CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle; local community knowledge (asset).
• Availability for flexible hours including evenings/weekends; some local travel required
