Qualifications
• Experience in retirement living is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality, a Clinical program, or a related field and/or 
equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading multi-level teams.
• Proven achievement in meeting and exceeding sales and net income targets.
• Experience setting and executing operational plans.
• Strong leadership, change management, interpersonal and communication skills
